I sit here watching the emails go round and round 'til the Pack
stole my soul to be. The album has a punching bag start, through to a solid rock opera with plateaus of generous growl. The garage style bass runs remind me of smokey go-go halls seen only in Russ Meyer's films. If the leading lady of this fantabulous duet smokes like a chimney on stage, I would love her forever. Each track zigzags their way down a path of unlikely hood.. Wait! I was just grooving to that song.. but hey! This one makes my hip girate..their technique is well practiced, but edged like the razorblade your girlfriend used on her legs last night.
Based outta Vancover, I can only imagine the kinda bars you might see them live at. Here in the 'Peg I can only compare the shivers down my back to mixing experiences of the Royal Albert, The Zoo, and The Windsor all in a blender and spill them out on the Times Change(d) stage. Sit close my friends, let the girls rock. You will be experienced. If they come your way, nab a carton of 'Lucky's' and roll with them.
You have been warned
