This is a short EP of melodic, delicate pop. Hecker's two tracks both feature acoustic guitars, male vocals, and backing strings. Both tracks proceed at a slower pace, and while his voice is a little thin, it almost reaches into falsetto tones as he goes for the high notes. I like both tracks, and either one would fit well into a set of modern pop. The melodies are great and the atmosphere is very relaxed and gentle. Disregard the disturbing cover art of a woman with a bloody wound to her forehead, the music more than makes up for it.
